Privacy Policy

How Coaches Thriller AI collects, uses, stores and deletes your account data, photos and videos.

Last updated: 2026-11-01

This Privacy Policy explains how Coaches Thriller AI (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the site at https://coachesthriller.org. The site is run from the domain coachesthriller.org; you can reach us at [email protected].

Information We Collect

  1. Account information. You sign in with your Google account. We store the email address, name and avatar that Google shares with us.
  2. Photos you upload. The photo you provide so we can make your video, including the face of the person or pet in it.
  3. Videos we make for you. The videos generated from your photos.
  4. Credit and order history. Your credit balance, how credits were earned and spent, and your orders.
  5. Where your first visit came from. A cookie records the traffic source of your first visit (for example, a link you clicked) for 30 days.
  6. Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to make the videos you ask for, run your account and credits, process payments, answer support requests and understand how the site is used. Your photo is used only to make your video. We don’t sell your photos, videos or personal data.

The AI Video Provider

To make your video, your photo is sent to our AI video provider. It’s used only to make the video, and the provider doesn’t keep it.

How Long We Keep Things

  • Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
  • Generated videos stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to.
  • Anything sooner: email [email protected] and we delete what you ask for, whether that’s a photo, a video or your whole account.

Your Choices

You can ask us to delete your personal data, including your photos, your videos or your whole account, by emailing [email protected].

People in Your Photos

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, from everyone shown in them. Everyone shown must be 18 or older, or it must be your own pet.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, to record where your first visit came from (for 30 days), and for Google Analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Changes

If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new date.
