What to Include
- the email address of the Google account you sign in with
- what you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- the reference shown on a failed video, or roughly when it happened
- a screenshot, if you have one
Common Requests
- Video problems. A failed render is retried once automatically; if it fails again, its credits come back automatically, and so do the credits for photos refused by content review. If a finished video has a problem, email us and we refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method through Stripe; if you’ve used only part of a pack, the credits you haven’t used yet are refunded in money too.
- Account and billing. Google sign-in, credits, packs and payments. Payments are processed by Stripe, and credits never expire.
- Privacy. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Ask us by email to delete anything sooner: a photo, a video or your whole account.
- Rights concerns. If you believe a video made with Coaches Thriller AI uses your image without permission, email us with the details.
